After chugging another canteen of water to drown the hunger I decided to move around a bit… so naturally, I went shopping.
Walking around actually gave me some free energy, but I was constantly drinking h2o to make sure I don't go hungry.
I read in some blogs that others experienced a heightened sense of smell when they are fasting, and I kid you not…I smelled EVERYTHING that twenty-four hour period. Unfortunately, it was by and large food.
Or maybe it was just a Fata Morgana… Who knows…
At 4 PM I decided to get to the cinema which turned out to be a bad idea for two reasons:
i) There was popcorn everywhere and I was very tempted to say screw my fast and get some.
2) I've been drinking water all solar day so I had to get up and go pee every 30 minutes. I'thousand pretty sure everyone in the theater hated me. Oh well.
I was pleasantly surprised by how adept I felt after the movie. I wasn't really hungry at all and actually had a decent amount of energy.
The residual of the dark I spent lounging around on the couch… watching more Tv.
I didn't measure out just HOW MUCH water I drank that day, only if I had to judge, I would say most two gallons. I ever had a water bottle in my hand and was consistently sipping information technology all day.
I read some warnings near h2o poisoning and not drinking too much water, but I figured as long equally I experience fine I'm good.

Monday – the mean solar day after the 2 solar day water fast
When I woke upward Monday morning I felt like a new person. I had so much energy.
I usually snooze my alarm five or half-dozen times earlier getting my lazy butt out of bed, but not today. I got correct upwards and was ready to tackle this Monday.
I weighed myself; 210 lbs exactly. That's another three lbs from the day before and a total of six.8 lbs over 2 days.
I had some egg white breakfast muffins for breakfast and made sure I drank a lot of water all 24-hour interval.
I ate pretty light throughout the mean solar day even though it felt like I earned at least one crook repast. I didn't want to stress my stomach more than I had to.
And even though the weight loss wasn't the primary goal of the water fast, I didn't want to put all that weight back on immediately.
I felt super energized all day and decided that I'll try a three day fast in about a calendar month or and then.
I had some sushi for dinner to get some carbs in me (and because I Love sushi and was craving it for some reason).
Side note: I weighed myself again on Tuesday and was already upwards 1 lbs, so again, don't exercise this as a weight-loss method, but rather for its many other benefits.
